How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after purchase. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping carrier. Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days after shipment.
Can I return my order?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or issue refunds.
Unopened Products: If your product is unopened and in its original packaging, you are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. Simply contact us to start the return.
Opened or Used Hygiene Products: Because our products include items that come into direct contact with skin (such as toe separators), opened or used items cannot be refunded for hygiene reasons.
What size toe separators do I need?
Our separators come in a universal flexible size that fits most women. They're made from soft, skin-friendly material that adapts to your toe shape. If you're unsure, reach out and we'll help you choose.
How do I access the 10-day routine?
Scan the QR code inside your box lid with your phone camera. It takes you straight to Day 1 of your routine. Each day has a short video and a simple lifestyle tip.
Are the materials safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. All our products use skin-safe, non-toxic, hypoallergenic materials.
